Louise
Hi I'm Louise from love to move. I began my yoga journey 13 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, discovering a way to care for my body and my mind - both of which were in dire need! Well practising regularly, I found myself growing physically stronger but not necessarily going deeper mentally. This curiosity let me to complete my teacher training, where I found out more about what yoga actually is and how to share it with others. I trained at barefoot body in Cambridge with Beverly Nolan and will be further in my studies in restorative yoga this tune. For me, yoga is everywhere. It is being in the present moment as much as it is finding balance in a tree pose.
Jenny
hi I'm Jenny I've been practising yoga for many years with a particular love for vinyasa flow. Becoming a yoga teacher wasn't something that was in my plan but upon having a child I found the incredible benefits of yoga was so important to me that I decided to begin my training to teach so I can share my passion and the joy of yoga with the community. I am now a proud 200 hour yoga alliance approved yoga teacher, teaching each class in a safe and welcoming space for all.

In 2012 I visited the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial yoga Institute in hewn India where I observed BKS Iyengar as he trained his granddaughter to teach. His dedication to alignment discipline and the transformative power of yoga continues to inspire my approach. My teaching style is precise firm and encouraging helping students build stability strength and confidence in their practice. I look forward to bringing our younger to the wellness studio and sharing its benefits with the community.

Sharon
Hi I'm Sharon and I have been practising yoga for many years and qualified and began teaching in 2017. I studied with Sasha Perryman in Cambridge who was taught to teach by BKS Iyengar himself. I love to teach Iyengar yoga not only does it challenge and tone the body physically but it engages the brain as well. In Iyengar we think about what we do and this also helps clear the mind of other thoughts. I love the fact that we can continue to learn all through our yoga cars. Everybody can practice Iyengar yoga and is welcome to my classes

Lily
I'm Lily, one of the Pilates instructors at the wellness studio. I have been an instructor for seven years and I love to teach.
My classes are ideal for beginners but also suitable for the more advanced. With the little adjustment people with injuries or disabilities can easily join into. I always end my class with some relaxing meditation.
I can't wait to meet you all soon
